Poles and Fencing
- 1. All fencing poste to be welded to a 10mm think base plate.
- 2. All pole to have a min size of 100x100x 3mm.
- 3. All bolts to have at least 250mm penetration into the ring.
- 4. Main cross bar to be 100x50x3mm.
- 5. Crossbar for frame to be 80x80x3mm.
- 6. Mesh used will be sections of 1m*2m and 1m*4m, hole size is 50mm*50mm.
- 7. All mesh and steel elements will have flush mounted boults securing them.
- 8. All steel elements will carry a 5-year anti corrosion warrantee.
- 9. All fencing elements to be finished with a high-quality powder coating, with smooth texture.
Glass
- 1. All glass to be used will be secured via steel frames and flush mounted boults securing them.
- 2. To be tempered glass in panels of 1990x3000x12mm.
- 3. All glass panels are to be compliant with the European standard EN1250-2.
Lights
- 1. Lights to be erected as integrated part of the court fencing poles.
- 2. Lights to be LED cool white lights.
- 3. Lights to be minimum 200W, 220v, and IP66rated.
- 4. Light mast top section to be 6m from the ground.
Playing turf
- 1. All to be used to be approved material.
- 2. Turf backing material to have a minimum of a 2 layered backing.
- 3. Turf to be a multi-sport type turf.
- 4. Playing field to be a sand dressed turf field with fine textured washed silica sand installed in between turf fibers.
- 5. Turf to be a 12mm mono filament artificial turf.
- 6. Density of minimum 52500s/m2, and a yarn count of minimum of 9000.
- 7. Color to be blue or green.
All products and installation to carry a 5-year warrantee, on breakages and malfunctioning.
